There is one way to reach this publisher, and it is an email address. This site has no contact form, because a form would collect personal information the site has no use for and no reason to hold.

What this address is for

• Corrections. Include the page address and the statement you believe is wrong. A correction backed by a source is applied and the page's review date is updated.
• Questions about sources. If you want to know where a statement came from, ask and you will be told, or told that it was written as general guidance.
• Questions about the affiliate arrangement. Anything not already covered on the affiliate disclosure page.
• Privacy enquiries. Access, correction or complaint under the Australian Privacy Principles, as described in the privacy policy.
• Vendor correspondence. A vendor correcting a fact about its own product is treated as the authoritative source for that fact.

What it is not for

This publisher cannot provide technical support for any product, cannot help recover an account or a device, and cannot act on a scam report. Those need the organisations that have the power to do something.

• Product support, billing, refunds or cancellation: the vendor that sold you the subscription.
• A scam, attempted or successful: Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre.
• A compromised device or account: the Australian Cyber Security Centre.
• A privacy complaint about another organisation: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
• A consumer complaint about a seller: the ACCC and your state or territory consumer affairs body.

What happens to an email you send

It is read by the publisher and kept only as long as it takes to deal with the matter and to keep a record of any correction made, after which it is deleted. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. It is not shared with any vendor unless you ask for it to be passed on. The full position is in the privacy policy.

Replies are usually sent within ten business days. An email that asks for product support will be answered with a pointer to the vendor rather than an attempt to help, which is the honest response rather than a dismissive one.
